These three simple rules of Dr. John Lee will help you, as it helped him, understand and take control of your entire approach to hormone balance 1. Use hormones only if you need them. In other words, if you've been tested and you are low or if you have CLEAR symptoms. 2. Use bioidentical hormones NOT synthetic hormones. 3. Don't go overboard or underboard. Dose only to give you balance.

I'll have to say I'm impressed.

I've been using the Balanced Woman Progesterone cream for about 2 months. I never really "expect" to have an "amazing" experience because I'm a pretty healthy person. I eat right, exercises regularly and just plain old pay attention to my body.

It's not what you do see, sometimes it's what you don't see.

I don't keep a calendar. I don't even know what date it is normally. I can tell when I'm going to start my period, not by the date, by the feeling.

It's when people move away from me as I approach
The claws come out
I cry often
I can't hold one thought

So I just know that I'm about "to start"

So Friday I'm in the grocery store and... (sigh) you guessed it. There I was on aisle number 10 now faced with something different than Rigatoni or Spaghetti. My thoughts were, "How many more aisles can I go down before "it" becomes noticeable?" and "If I go to the checkout line right now, will I make it?" and "If I leave now, I'll have to put everything up from my cart and that could take awhile."

I grabbed a box of Rigatoni, made an about face with my shopping cart and flew towards the checkout. It was beautiful, as I'm running with my cart I see a new lane opening and a checkout clerk waving me toward her. I'd made the right decision.

I guess I'll have to look at my calendar more frequently now but it sure beats
becoming "The Predator" 10 days out of the month.
